PD requests

A workshop becomes a complete record before the reviewer opens it.

Staff submit from any device, attach the verification document, and tie the request to a growth goal. The reviewer opens a queue with the evidence already on the request instead of going looking for it.

What it includes

Request to decision, in one place

  • Online LPDC credit requests
  • Upload verification documents with the request
  • Link a request to a professional development goal
  • Email and text notification when a decision lands
  • Online review workflow: approve, deny, or return for revision
  • Group entry for a whole building's in-service day
  • Credits, CEUs and clock hours stored on one common basis

Growth Plans (IPDPs)

Build a clear path from professional goals to committee approval.

Staff create individual professional development plans aligned with state or district standards, then submit them to the committee for approval. Throughout the year, every recorded activity can be connected to a goal within the approved plan.

What it includes

Goals aligned with your standards

  • Align goals with state or district educator standards
  • Link the plan to the educator's professional license
  • Notifications as the plan moves through review
  • Online committee review
  • Professional development requests tie back to a goal on the plan

Licenses

Renewal season stops being a reconstruction project.

Every license and permit your staff hold sits beside the record that renews it, and expiration dates are visible while there is still time to act on them.

What it includes

Renewals and coaching permits

  • Track active, expiring and permanent licenses
  • Coaching (pupil activity) permit tracking
  • Expiration dates visible before the renewal deadline
  • Growth Plans (IPDPs) link to the license they support

Course manager

Run your own catalog, from the first seat to the certificate.

Schedule the sessions your district offers, fill the seats, check people in from a phone, and issue certificates the same day. What a teacher attends in the morning can be credit by the afternoon.

What it includes

Sections, check-in, certificates

  • Create and schedule multi-section courses
  • Assign CEUs and course fees
  • Manage enrollment and attendance
  • Email confirmations and ticketing
  • Mobile check-in and e-tickets
  • Award digital certificates
  • Calendar sync widget

Document portfolio

Upload the certificate once, attach it everywhere it belongs.

Every staff member has one portfolio. A certificate, transcript or attendance record goes in once and is attached to as many records as it actually supports, so the same file is not mailed around and uploaded four more times.

Detaching a document from a record leaves the document where it is. That distinction matters the first time somebody tidies up their portfolio and does not take three years of evidence with it.

What it includes

Upload once, attach many

  • Filed by category: certificates, transcripts, licenses, attendance records, course materials
  • Attach an existing document to a request, a license, a goal or a course section
  • Upload from the record you are already on, by drag and drop
  • Detaching a document from a record never deletes the document
  • Deleting one that is attached elsewhere shows you where first
  • Every download runs through a short-lived private link, never a public URL
  • Administrators can upload on behalf of a staff member

Review workflows

Approvals follow the path your committee agreed on.

One approval engine serves professional development requests, Growth Plans (IPDPs) and course credit. Your district decides whether something needs a single reviewer or a multi-stage committee, who sits on each stage, and what counts as a decision on it.

What it includes

From submission to recorded decision

  • One reviewer, or a multi-stage pipeline with its own reviewers at each stage
  • Decision rule per stage: first decision wins, majority, or unanimous
  • Approve, deny, or return for revision, and a returned request can be resubmitted
  • A personal review queue, filterable by type and status
  • One review screen holding the submission, its verification documents and the credit the reviewer confirms
  • Routing by group, so a building or a committee can follow its own path
  • Public comments to the submitter, private notes between reviewers
  • Every submission and decision written to an audit trail

District customization

Your district's vocabulary, not ours.

Customize form instructions, activity types, credit units, and standards to match your district’s established processes. If your district uses different terminology, our platform uses it too.

What it includes

Set once, applies district-wide

  • Your own directions on the Growth Plan form, in place of the shipped wording
  • Activity types: switch the shipped list on or off, rename any of them, or add your own
  • Custom credit unit types, each with your own conversion rate to contact hours
  • Standards published for your state, or a set you author in district
  • A minimum number of goals before a Growth Plan can be submitted
  • Require pre-approval before an activity, or let it be logged afterwards
  • Exchange hours with your own title, minimum and date window
  • Your timezone, and whether every account must enroll a second sign-in factor

Staff profiles

Staff progress at a glance

Each staff member has one clear view of their progress toward requirements, active licenses, group memberships, and system permissions. Administrators see the same organized profile for every employee, making information easier to understand and manage.

What it includes

Profile and PD status in one view

  • An overview dashboard with progress bars and charts
  • Demographics with a profile photo, cropped before it uploads
  • A license summary inline, linking out to the full record
  • Group membership, searchable
  • Assigned permissions in three panels: from the role, added per person, added through a group
  • Notification preferences per person: email, text, and approver alerts
  • Password change and mobile verification on the same page
  • Protected fields editable only by a privileged viewer, never by the profile's owner

Reporting

Answer the Board's question without rebuilding a spreadsheet.

Individual, building and district views come out of the same approved records staff have been filing all year, so a total is a total rather than something a person maintains by hand.

What it includes

Individual, building, district

  • Individual, building and district reports
  • Export to PDF
  • Export to CSV
  • Totals calculated from the approved record, not maintained by hand

Roles & access

People see their own scope, and no more than their role grants.

Every account is bound to a district and a role, with building and committee scope on top. A principal sees a building, a committee member sees a committee, and a teacher sees their own record.

What it includes

Scoped by building and committee

  • Role-based access control
  • Assign staff by building or group membership
  • Align staff with state educator or local standards
  • Every account bound to a district, a role and permissions
  • Administrative actions written to an audit log

Try it with your own staff list for thirty days.

Nothing to install, no credit card, and a person on the phone if you would rather be walked through it.
